Diet plan
Breakfast - 4 Poached Eggs
8 Ounces Milk
1/2 Pieces wholegrain bread with butter
1 Piece fresh Fruit

Lunch - 1/2 Pound meat,fish,fowl.
1 or 2 slices wholegrain bread
8-16 ounces milk
1 Piece of fresh fruit

Dinner - 1 Pound meat, fish, fowl
Baked Potato or boiled beans
Lightly Steamed vegetables
Large Raw Salad
1 piece fresh fruit
8 Ounces milk

With this, there would be 2 shakes on top.

Which would be.

6 eggs, 16 ounces milk, 8 ounces whipping cream, 6 teaspoons of lecithin blended, once the lecithin dissolved egg and milk protein powder was added.
